Tegan Hansen
Forest Campaigner
Tegan joined Stand’s forest team in April, 2019 and is based in British Columbia. She brings a strong background in communications and community organizing, with a focus on land protection, wildlife, and climate justice. Tegan works with communities — online and on the ground — to defend forests and challenge corporations to clean up their supply chains.
Tegan grew up primarily in Nelson, and the inland rainforests in the BC interior are especially close to her heart. She is the office caribou nerd and you can often find her wondering mountain trails with a sketchbook.
