Together, We Are United

Donald J. Trump has been inaugurated as the 45th president of the United States. Like so many of us across this country, we at Stand.earth are still grappling with what this new reality will mean for our communities and our movement.

Trump campaigned on a platform of hate and divisiveness, scapegoating and xenophobia, and racism and sexism. The policies he has proposed present real, grave threats to communities already vulnerable to state violence, profiling, harassment, deportation and denial of basic human dignity. Trump and his appointees propose to strip millions of Americans of access to health care and systematically target Muslims, immigrants, LGBTQA2S+* and indigenous communities. His proposed platform would roll back decades of progress on issues ranging from civil rights to women’s rights to climate change and more.

At Stand.earth, we pledge to fight back. And, we are not alone.
