Our Approach

We build power side-by-side with the frontline communities most impacted by the environmental crises that are the ongoing legacy of colonization and capitalism – Indigenous Peoples, Communities of Color, Black Communities, and low-income communities both rural and urban. Only shared power satisfies the demands of social equity and environmental justice.

We offer our staff dedicated training in mindfulness, authentic communication, feedback, and inquiry – because a transparent team is a transformational team. Our practice supports an equitable workplace, and helps us bring our fullest attention and most innovative thinking to our partners – and our adversaries.
